We do not accept bookings via the below form unless for gift vouchers.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
- To cancel or change your appointment, please reply to your confirmation email.
- Double-check that all details entered are correct. If any information is incorrect, email us as soon as possible.
- New clients: Please complete the consultation form via the link provided in your next email.
- Appointment times and staff availability may vary based on scheduling needs. We will contact you if we need to adjust your selected time.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposits cannot be carried over more than 4 weeks from the original booking date. This must be discussed at the time of cancellation/rescheduling.
- We accept both cash and Eftpos payments (with a surcharge for Eftpos).
